WHAT IS AIL?
I was employed as a Graphic Design Intern from May of 2019 to May of 2022 for the Office of Activities, Involvement, & Leadership (AIL) at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
The office played a central role in many campus-wide events, and put a unique emphasis on collaboration between designers and areas of campus. I created branding initiatives and marketing materials for on-campus events as well as other campaigns. I was able to partake in the interview and hiring process for other interns in my office during my tenure, which helped me learn more about how I could improve during the application and interview process.
